🧠 Sensory Reset (For Overstimulation)

→ Goal: Stop sensory overload & calm your nervous system fast.
✅ Find a quiet space for 60 seconds (bathroom, closet, outside).
✅ Do a 5-4-3-2-1 grounding exercise (Name 5 things you see, 4 you hear, etc.).
✅ Rub your hands under cold water or splash your face.
✅ Put on noise-canceling headphones or listen to white noise.

💔 Emotional Reset (For Feeling Drained & Stuck in Mom Guilt)

→ Goal: Release pent-up emotions instead of suppressing them.
